Refunds/returns/quality issues

All sales are final, however, we want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and connect with me via discord or email. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

Where Can I find or leave a review?

Our website doesn’t host reviews and that’s intentional. Instead of curated reviews, we believe the most honest feedback comes from real people posting. Every repost on the PressX TikTok account comes from a real customer who decided to share their experience publicly. Nobody is paid or incentivized to post.

If you’d like to leave a review, the best way to do so is by posting your experience on social media or engaging with our content there! Just dont forget to tag us! (Direct link to tiktok on the top header)

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are at no profit to the shop and are automatically calculated based off weight and destination. Heavier items may contribute to higher shipping costs.
Free shipping automatically applies to $50+ orders

Orders are shipped Wednesdays and Saturdays and usually take about 3-5 days for delivery

Twitch Sub Discount

Subscribing to "TealAndTactical" on Twitch opens you up to 10% off the shop as long as your subbed. This is highly recomended to customers with orders above $50, as it would give over $5 off (almost the cost of a twitch sub) and allow you access to all the sub benafits while placing your order. Plus, free shipping kicks in at $50. Truly a win win all around.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not accept PayPal, or pay in part services such as Afterpay or Klarna. 

International Orders

We currently do not have international shipping except for Canada, so our shop is only available in the United States of America and Canada. However, if you are an international shopper please feel free to reach out to me, as your country just has to be manually added. So please reach out to me personally via discord or email so we can connect and discuss this more on a case by case basis. Shipping prices for international orders varies drastically.
