Due to me getting inventory much earlier than anticipated, I am able to exit the pre order phase much faster than planned. Some items may still have no product photos, or are listed as "pre order" but im just adding product photos and adjusting the product listings as I go, this is just a transitonal period! But everything is live!

Refunds/returns/quality issues

All sales are final, however, we want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and connect with me via discord or email. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

Because clothing products such as hoodies, shirts, and hats are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns, and as previously stated only orders related to manufacturing errors are subject for a replacement.

No refunds, all sales are final.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are at no profit to the shop and are automatically calculated based off weight and destination. Heavier items, as well as purchasing made to order items that ship directly from the manufacterer with items that ship from me directly (causing two shipping labels) are two main factors that may contribute to higher shipping cost.
Free shipping automatically applies to $50+ orders

Orders are shipped Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Two Shipping Labels

Some of our products are made to order with our manufactering partner, while some products are held and shipped directly from myself. If you find your order has multiple shipping labels it is due to the fact your order contains an item that will ship from our manufacturer, and one from me. Most of our smaller products such as keychains/stickers are shipped from me, while larger products like hoodies and tshirts are made to order. This is temperorary.

Twitch Sub Discount

Subscribing to "TealAndTactical" on Twitch opens you up to 10% off the shop as long as your subbed. This is highly recomended to customers with orders above $50, as it would give over $5 off (almost the cost of a twitch sub) and allow you access to all the sub benafits while placing your order. Plus, free shipping kicks in at $50. Truly a win win all around.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not accept PayPal, or pay in part services such as Afterpay or Klarna. 

International Orders

We currently do not have international shipping except for Canada, so our shop is only available in the United States of America and Canada. However, if you are an international shopper please feel free to reach out to me, as your country just has to be manually added. So please reach out to me personally via discord or email so we can connect and discuss this more on a case by case basis. Shipping prices for international orders varies drastically.

Merchant of record
